Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched from our premises in Hetton le Hole, County Durham. Delivery is quoted with each order — send the machine, the quantity and the delivery postcode.

Lead times

• Stock items: despatched once the order is confirmed — the date is stated on your quotation.
• Pre-programmed sets and custom caps: quoted per job, once the drawing or sample is approved.
• Bulk and refit work is scheduled around your event season — tell us the date you need it on site.

Carriage

• UK mainland: quoted by weight and volume.
• Islands, Northern Ireland and overseas: quoted on request; export paperwork is arranged per destination.
• Every parcel is inspected before despatch. Report transit damage within 5 working days with photographs.

Tracking

Consignment numbers are emailed when goods leave. If a delivery is running late against an agreed event date, call or WhatsApp us — we would rather fix it than have you chase a tracking number.
