Returns

Luminaires and caps carry a 18 months warranty against manufacturing defect from the date of supply.

Covered

• Failed LED modules, drivers or housings under normal fairground use.
• Programme faults on pre-programmed sets within the warranty period.

Not covered

• Impact damage, over-voltage, incorrect wiring, or water ingress beyond the stated IP rating.
• Units modified, re-lamped or re-potted by others.
• Cosmetic wear from being on the road.

Making a claim

1. Send the order reference, a photo and a short description.
2. We confirm a return reference and address by email.
3. Pack the goods so they are not damaged in transit.
4. Faulty items are repaired, replaced or credited at our option after inspection. Faulty-item postage is refunded; unwanted returns are at the buyer's cost.
5. Unopened stock items may be returned within 14 days. Custom caps, programmes and cut cable are not returnable unless faulty.

Consumer statutory rights are not affected.
